Pacta Sunt Servanda: Contracts

It is a Latin phrase which means that agreements must be kept. It is a general rule of contract law that has exceptions. Although agreements must be kept, they will not be kept if there are vitiating elements in the agreement. Amongst which capacity is key. 🙂
